Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We charge a flat rate for shipping of £2.50 per order. This is delivered by 2nd class postage offered by the Post Office.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 27 Marine Avenue Whitley Bay NE26 1LX. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8am to 7pm, 7 days a week Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Damages

Relish Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
