Rooibos is a caffeine – free herbal tea. Malty and moreish with a smooth honey sweetness. Cultivated in the Cederberg Mountains of South Africa, the Rooibos is grown on small bushes which produce green needle like leaves. The Rooibos or Red Bused Tea refers to the deep russet colour of the leaves after the process of oxidisation.

The tea is also low in tannins and high in the anitioxidant Asphalathin.
